1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1. Cancellation Before Shipment

– Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
– If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

1.2. Cancellation After Shipment

– Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. In such cases, you can refer to our return and refund policy to initiate a return once the product is delivered.

2. Return and Refund Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Return

– You may return eligible products within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
– Some products, such as custom or personalized items, are not eligible for returns. Please refer to the product page for details on return eligibility.

2.2. Eligibility for Return

– After receiving your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
– You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or defective.

– Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at care@peacedecorfashion.com with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will offer a replacement or full refund for the item and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:Earrings and other Jewellry worn close to the skin, Customized  products, Gift Items and Home Decors, Canvas Painting and Candles.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
